PTC TAS2R38  Genotyping
Picture
Your undigested PCR product is 303bp.

If you have a recessive non-taster "AVI" allele, your digest will also have a 303bp band.

If you have a dominant taster "PAV" allele, you will have smaller 238bp and 65bp bands (65bp band might not be visible).

If you are a heterozygote, you will have both alleles (bands).

The smallest band on the ladder is 100bp.  "Fuzz" at the bottom of your lanes, around 100bp, is unused primer.

It is often hard to tell the exact size of bands; by running the uncut next to the cut, you can see whether the digested sample was actually cut.

Gels ... each gel on a different page
To be honest, many of the PCRs and gels were not great ....
Do not worry if your gel is not as interpretable as the example above
